General Questions

  • What are your business hours?

    Normal public hours are 09:00 - 17:00 UK time, please email outside of these hours

    Our systems are monitored 07:00 - 22:00 UK time 

  • How do I buy a tracker?

    We like to keep things simple, so phone or email your tracker choice and you can be up and running in as little as 24 hours after payment

  • Do I need to buy a subscription?

    Yes, it is in your best interests to subcribe to fully benefit from all available features. But, if you want the hassle of setting the tracker up yourself and not having our platform or sim card, then no you don't have to subscribe.

  • How do I renew my subscription?

    Your monthly subscription rolls on until you cancel your direct debit and cancel the service or until we do.

    If you have an annual subscription, you will be notified approximately 8 weeks before renewal and reminded at set intervals until your renewal date

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards, either by phone or in person (credit cards subject to 2.5% banking charge).

    Faster payment facilities are available.

    We accept GBP £, Euro € and USD  $. Other currencies mey be considered, please get in touch with your order and location.


    We try to set up all subscriptions by direct debit, this gives you more control over your subscription.


    We do not do credit, unless by prior agreement and in exceptional circumstances, certainly no longer than 30 days.

  • Zones

    This is where you manage your geo-zones and zone groups

    With Zone groups you can organize your zones accordingly.

    You can then create new zones, including location, keep-in and no-go areas.

    Using the create/edit box in the top left you can apply all the desired properties to your zone.


    Click on the ADD ZONE blue button and choose the zone type


    Zoom in and create your zone, click on the first point to close the zone


    On the pop-up, create a name for the zone and Group and if applicable add a maximum speed
